So, now I'm going to insert my new CPU.
But, my current is an Intel Pentium Dual Core 1.60GHz and runs at 57°C.
Is this really bad or is it ok?

    Isn't this a notebook forum? It's a laptop CPU.
Idk what you mean by idle.
When I'm not using the laptop the temperature is 50-55.
    When using 55-65.

I thought the temperature was a bit high. Thanks, Phoenix.

Your current temps are ok. slightly lower would have been better, but 50-65 is nothing to be worried about, especially if your room temperature is around 30C.

Idle means when not using, and load means when running CPU intensive tasks (not some light work like browsing or word processing, rather when doing something very intensive like video encoding, file compression, or CPU benchmarking etc..)
