    Not A Very Good Picture

    As i am wacthing the football euro 2008 on itv.com/euro2008 (because the wife is hogging the t.v.)
    The picture on my laptop is not very good, is this normal or do i need to buy an accessorie or a better graphics card. Or even better download something to make the picture better?

    The laptop i have is a Fujitsu computer SIEMENS - AMILO

    I think it depends on the TV tuner than graphics card.Never been good for me either.

    Yeah, TV tuners are a mixed bag. Image quality is often poor. There are just so many things that need to go right for a good image to come through. It might at least look better though if you tried to find a way to watch at a 1:1 or 4:1 (if your monitor res is high enough) pixel ratio. Though the image would likely end up being teeny at 1:1.

    Do you have a standard/external monitor you could plug in, to see if the picture is any better on that?

    guys... the OP is NOT talking about TV tuners!

    itv live player uses Flash video streaming. It's resolution is better than YouTube, but still quite low. There is nothing you can do, I'm afraid. However, you can try downloading the latest Adobe Flash player. Also, right-click on the picture --> check hardware acceleration, when it is on, the picture looks smoother.
