My notebook did fall, the screen is still shining, sometimes the left half is white and the right half is black or other variations like first vertical quarter is white, second vertical quarter is black ...etc..

The PC starts up normally, I hear the windows welcome screen after about 1.5 minutes.

How do I know that the screen is cracked like they say ?
No guarantee for that I suppose ?
    It is a samsung X360

Can I access the SSD to save the info before sending it to Samsung for repair ?

Could it be something else then the screen itself, some chip damaged ?

Do you have an external monitor output
You could boot to that if available to test if its the screen

On my computer it's Fn+F8, should be something similar on yours. My F8 key has a picture of a monitor/projector screen.

If you connect the external monitor
Turn your computer on and boot, usually the default boot is to external ,or as
jenesuispasbavard said try your hotkey combination which is the glue Fn key at the same time as one of the F keys

You don't need to login, just attach a monitor to a port (presumably VGA), and then like the other members have said, one of the hotkeys, such as F8 perhaps? will have a picture of a monitor on it. Press FN and the button and it should hopefully display onto the monitor, then your be able to see the login screen and login.
