What is this like, aparently, it cannot handle the games included with vista, is this true? Has anyone got this and can tell me if its true? Also is it better than the X3100?

It's supposedly better than the X3100. But the X3100 has not been fully utilized yet, due to crappy drivers.

What do you mean "cannot"?? Of course it can, I play Sims 2 on a 6150(older version of 7150) fine. So it should run Vista games better

I've seen a lot of threads around complaining of the 7150M's performance, even with up-to-date drivers and all. I would recommend staying away from that particular card. Not only is it quite weak, but it has trouble even when not running games (ie, running Aero).
