    I just installed Vista for my E1705 Dell Inspiron which has a 7900 Nvidia Graphics card and 256 MB, however after I installed Vista, there are some games which cannot work and the main one being Counter strike Condition zero and when I try playing it just says

    "The Specified video mode is not supported. The game will now run in software mode."

    I'd really like to play CS:CZ and I believe there's a driver or some sort of update I can get for Nvidia and users with Vista.

    Can anyone direct me to what I need or where I need to go to get the update for my graphics card. Thanks.

    Yea, I just wasn't sure which one of these...

    * GeForce 6,7, and 8800 series v101.41 Beta driver
    * GeForce 6, 7, and 8800 series v100.65 WHQL driver
    * GeForce FX series v96.85 WHQL driver
    * Quadro series v97.46 WHQL driver

    Which one is the one I have which is the 7900 Nvidia 256 Mb?

    You can download NVIDIA Forceware for 32-bit/64-bit Vista at

    http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?id=32

    Click on a version to see what GeForce series it supports. For example, Forceware Vista 100.65 WHQL 32-bit supports GeForce 6/7/8 series GPUs.

    Thanks for all the help so far, but how can I find out what type of Vista I have. I need to know if my system is

    Windows Vista 32-bit

    or

    Windows Vista 64-bit

    EDIT** I've tried installing some of these files, but when I try to install it, the file says "The Nvidia Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit"

    Please help, I'd really like to update this.

    To check vista 32/64-bit version:

    Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> System

    Look for "Sytem type:". If you have 32-bit vista, you will see "32-bit Operating System". Make sure you install correct Forceware for the type (32 or 64-bit) of vista you have.
