Yes to what? It being a good deal or paying more to get a better brand?

Is there a specific model, preferably 120+ GB, in the $100-150 price range I should look for?

The 180gb intel 330 was like $130 AR, iirc, but I'm not sure if the rebate is still valid.

If 128 gigs is enough for you, many/most of us here would prefer a 128 gig Crucial M4 or Samsung 830 over any OCZ drive.

Samsung 830 2.5" SATA Internal SSDs: 128GB for $100 + free shipping, more - MZ-7PC128B/WW currently has the Samsung 128 gig for $100, which is a fairly good price.

Unfortunately, the next increment for the 830 and M4 is 256 gigs.

If you really wanted 180 gigs and were willing to live w/Sandforce, yeah, I'd probably got for an Intel 330 over anything from OCZ. One would hope that Intel did a better job w/testing, validation and firmware than OCZ since they should have fare more resources and expertise. After all, Intel makes their own flash and has made SSD controllers for awhile (but they aren't using their own in the 330).

For me? No thanks on Sandforce. The 330 is also relatively new, so it's a bit bleeding edge.
