A little pricey seeing as I see 128 GB M4 for ~170-180 all the time...brand new.

If it has the performance and reliability to match and hopefully exceed the M4's (and certainly above the V3's), then $20 or $30 MSRP (pre-launch) is effectively the same or lower than the shipping M4's.
I would guess these will perform below the M4's and will soon enough be priced accordingly.
Time will tell. -
