    Well, I went against my better judgement and bought a vertex 3. My cousin is the sales manager and since ocz is the only ssd they stock, he promised if anything happens he will replace it for me. So I'm not out anything trying it. I will keep weekly logs on performance, and reliability.

    I did a boot test after all updates were done etc. with no password entry with the hdd, I had a boot time of 1:08. even with entering a password at startup my boot time was 36 seconds. a great speed increase for not alot of money. next up is to add a T9300 processor to gain even more speed.
