I'm going to get another batter for my Acer Aspire One, a 6-cell. I've found two options (apart from countless different sites offering them). Here they are:

    Aftermarket
    Official

The Aftermarket one is 4400 mAh, the offical Acer one is 5200 mAh. The price different is nearly double for the official one... I was wondering what anybody gets with the 5200 mAh battery with the Hard drive in their Aspire One. I know that the 4400 mAh will only get double what the stock 2200 mAh 3 cell gets, so I figure the 5200 mAh would get about 2.5 times, which is really another hour.

Anybody have any advice then please advise...

    Thanks!

to b honest, 70 bucks is quite a lot of money to spend on a non-official battery that does not meet the same specifications. the only thing about aftermarket batteries that might b good is the fact that it might just be a rebranded official one, which yours is not. I would look on ebay for an official one or look for an aftermarket one with the same specs
