Now that I've finally upgraded my notebook with dual Hitachi HDDs. I transferred my previous HDDs to portable enclosures and am now not sure what to do with them. Any suggestions on how to use them best?

I was thinking since the WD Scorpio is 7200 RPM, I would use it to extend my video storage, and just relocate the OEM 500 GB HDD to backup duty. What do you think? Any partitioning ideas?

I normally just keep all my backup HDD's as one partition. I also make them bootable and able to load Win7 from it if needed.
I guess it depends on your backup needs?

I wish I had more than one enclosure. All my drives are scribbled on with cryptic markings known only to me. lol They live in ziplock bags with the little absorby packs that came with their replacements. Not very dignified, I know, but at least they still have jobs. :)
