Hey guys I'm trying to open my new gigabyte-p57x-v6 laptop panel.
It has 16 screws.... 2 screws are covered by stickers... Will removing those stickers void my laptop warranty?

Have you tried asking the OEM what their policies are?

My guess is it will void the warranty-now if that is the bottom side panel where you access the HDD/SSD or RAM then I think they are more forgiving but beyond that anything else most likely will void it. So not sure one should email or call and ask their warranty support what is consider voiding the warranty and what is regular upgrades like HDD/SSD or RAM will or will not void the warranty.

Technically if you damage anything, or if it even looks like you did, they could void the warranty. However if say your GPU failed but it looks like you only changed drives they may allow it.
My Gigabyte P35X is in for repair now, so I will know shortly how stringent the warranty is with those stickers over screws. -
Furthermore, the stickers themselves are highly dubious:
Microsoft, Sony, and other companies still use illegal warranty-void-if-removed stickers
