Tried 4 BluRay disks in it for the first time last night (I've had the laptop, a Fujitsu Amilo Xi 3650, for about 9 months) all of them click 4 times then nothing, drive doesn't recognise there's a disk present. It works fine with DVDs and CDs. I've tried a lens cleaner, reinstalling the firmware and drivers but no luck, any idea's or it is time to call Fujitsu?
