In regards to SSDs...which is preferable and why...when leaving your computer for anything more than a couple hours..is it better to:

    1. Shutdown OR
    2. Sleep

I have been using Sleep (I know using hibernate is a no-no)...but since my startup time is so crazy quick anyway...I was just wondering which is better health-wise?? Buhlerrr...?? Anyone???

The drive isn't being used (or powered) either way. Sleep is still quicker to resume, and you get to save your work.
