Hello, I own a laptop msi gt70 (8 go ram + i7 4700mq) and have been using it frequently since 4 years.
I am currently doing only music production and it start to become laggy and hot, the cpu is 80 90° when web browsing only
I just ordered an ssd, 8go additional ram new thermal paste for the cpu and an external cooling system for laptop to cool the s*** out of it !
Now my question is how to OC this processor since I never OC anything in my life. I am seeking for the best single core performance I can get out of it !

What paste did you buy?
Dont forget to clean the heatsink fins and the fan with a soft brush.
Overclocking your model can be done, but you need to mod your BIOS, change the micro-code to version one, then change the Windows micro-code file name so it doesn't load any version and use ThrottleStop, it works because its a bug in the micro-code that allows that, because your CPU is locked.
Consider the repaste and an undervolt, because at 90ºC your CPU is throttling down like mad and not having the suposed performance.
Given that its a PGA cpu, you can swap it, and if you want to OC, grab a i7-4930MX -

Its decent-ish, you might/should get better results with Kryonaut, NT-H1, Gelid IC and Mastergel from CM.
If you never repasted, it really needs to be done, your current TIM might be totally dried up with holes/gaps in it, thats what is making the overheating.
I'm not to keen on those cooler types, a base that blasts air under the laptop seems better, but its less portable. -
I m gonna probably add up a base cooler later .. I swear I am going to take that temp to 10° haha
I report on saturday after recieve everything. Is there any precautions when cleaning the old thermal paste on cpu? -
Unplug both battery and the charger, napkins and rubbing/IPA alchool and clean both the cpu//gpu die and the heatsink very well, rub the heatsink until the napkin is white, because the cooper is a bit porous and it usually takes a bit of rubbing to get them squeaky clean.

I Dont have those weird 80 90° pick when web browsing, but I am still at 52 53° IDLE ! 47 45 when I activate the "boost function" (100%) of my laptop fans

Why did you buy MX-4? MX-4 is a totally crapticular paste now. It was ok back when Arctic Silver 5 was the only game in town, as a non capacitive, non conductive paste, but now it's extremely mediocre, and even worse to use in laptops because it dries out easily.
Kryonaut offers the best temps but if you don't have a tight fitting heatsink, it pumps out and dries out too.
Coolermaster Gel Maker Nano is considered to be the best paste for weak fitting laptop heatsinks, and IC Diamond the best non traditional (but non liquid metal) paste for weak fitting heatsinks too.
So if you can get some coolermaster gel maker nano, I would recommend it.
and did you clean BOTH the CPU and heatsink? Did you clean them to pristine surface finish (not saying shiny but no residue?).
A toothbrush isn't going to clean anything right. All that will do is remove some of the old hardened gunk but isn't precise enough to clean it properly.
Did you use 91% or better isopropyl alcohol when cleaning the CPU and heatsink surface? If not, that's another mistake.
I'm attributing your high temps due to bad cleaning. In fact I'd bet money you either cleaned it poorly or applied paste on wrong. instead of spreading it completely fully around the CPU.
You really should do some research and watch some youtube videos for the right way to clean heatsink and CPU surfaces, especially since you said this is your first time!
A very precise, although not cheap, way to clean these surfaces is to buy 3000 grit (3000 NOT 300 !) sandpaper and 91%-100% isopropyl alcohol, and just use your fingers and "polish" the surface with wet sandpaper from the alcohol. The 3000 grit will stop any original surface material from being sanded away, but will still help fully cleanse the old gunk fully.
If you are SUPER patient, you can use paper towels + Isopropyl alcohol, but that takes a rather long time.
some people use ArcticClean compound. Other people use "Goo-gone". Both work well too but are clearly a lot more expensive than 91% alcohol you can buy at a drug store. -
Sound like I didnt dig my research in term of heatsink cleaning...
CPU was 100% clean, I used the 2 artic bottle (cleaner and conditioner). I am going to order a better thermal paste right know, I didnt know back then
Sandpaper seems a bit radical to me, I just followed a guy on youtube who used hot water, soap and towels. But I am going to grab 3000 grit sandpaper asap and report back

Also make sure your thermal pads are not blocking heatsink pressure.
Did you do the "tiny dab in middle" pressure test to see if you have proper heatsink pressure?
here is how you do the test.
First clean CPU and HS completely.
Then, apply a VERY VERY TINY DOT of thermal compound in the very center of the CPU. No larger than a single grain of rice. A rice grain size will be fine.
Then apply the heatsink, screw it down fully, then REMOVE it. Then check for spread pattern. If it spread evenly and fully close to around the full range of the die, and it did NOT 'collect' on one side, then you have good pressure!
if it collected in one side (like, more at the top than the bottom, or more at the left than the right), then you have uneven pressure, that is, more pressure on the side with LESS paste, and less pressure on the side with MORE paste (rather obvious).
Most of the cases of uneven pressure are due to convex heatsinks, heatsinks cooling CPU VRM's and VRM pads causing 'reduced' heatsink on CPU pressure on that area of the heatsink, too thick thermal pads, etc.
if it barely spread at all, then you barely have any contact pressure anywhere.
It's handy to have a spare set of 1.0mm Arctic thermal pads and 0.5mm Arctic thermal pads for dealing with things like this. (Do NOT use fujipoly pads for jobs like this, while they work well, they are stiff, brittle and NOT reusable, unlike Arctic pads ,which are much softer and more durable and compressible. -
