When a GPU is overclocked is there a massive chance of it failing within a couple of years of extensive usage?
If it fails what is the main reason for it to fail? Is it due to the heat produced or is there any other technical reason?
I have overclocked my 9600M GT DDR2 from(core,shader,memory)=(500/1250/400) to (640/1420/555) and at my new overclocked frequencies my temperatures are within 90 degrees in most games except a few like GRID demo...also i use a Belkin cooler which helps in dropping the GPU temperatures by about 8-10 degrees..
Is it okay if i run at overclocked speeds or should i run at stock speeds? I am beginning to notice big differences in many games...especially GRID demo!

It depends really on how long you have the OC. If you only OC for games it will last longer than if you have it OCed 24/7.

Until your motherboard/gpu fails and you will be changing your mind. I agree...overclock desktops with sufficient cooling, but leave laptops alone.

Don't even touch an integrated graphics card.
