Would it be possible to overclock the processor in Acer Aspire 5738ZG. (T4300 2.1 GHz)
If yes, how would I go about it?

You have TME enabled, you must pin mod the PLL first to unlock it, then setfsb will work:

Yes, if you buy a CPU with an unlocked multiplier, then use software called throttlestop.
