You can give sapphire trixx a go, it supports mobile GPU overclocking and works fine for me, the software itself is very easy to set up and use, just increase your core and memory frequency via the slider, be sure not to go crazy on your memory speed!!

GPUTool (from TechPowerUp) should work, and it can also find the highest clocks possible.

Maximum clocks for GPU I'd say should be around 600 - depends on your cooling, and I'm guessing this number by looking at the Mobility Radeon 4550 (550MHz) and 4570 (680MHz), which are practically the same chip as the 4330.

But stress test it with GPUTool to find the maximum stable clock yourself, and make sure to monitor temperature with GPU-Z.
