I'm useing the 2.6.53 omega drivers. I have the core speed at 500 MHz and the mem speed at 300 MHz. I ran 3Dmark03 and got almost 4200 marks. I havent had any problems with these settings. This is for the ATi mobility x600 and not the desktop x600. The desktop x600 should get a better score and higher speeds as you can put a different/better heatsink/fan on it. :gateway:

I've used ATITool before, albeit on a MR 7500. My 3DMark01 scores increased from 3900 to 5300. Now I'm not sure if this is safe in the long run though. I'm don't think it's overheating, as my card is so weak anyway, but I'm not sure if it's designed to go that fast and everything. I like ATITool because it's simple and automatic. I did subtract 5 MHz from the Core and Mem speeds afterwards to be safe.
