Your probably can't OC it because of BIOS limitations and this is a budget AMD processor at the end of the day.. So there will be no solution :D

You should be able to OC the GPU bit.. Try Saphire Trixx...

Hey Hey Hey... If Overdrive doesn't work with this, my theory is right.. AMD has locked the A4 CPU's down as they're budget.. The A8/A10 aren't and the Lenovo being lenovo locks down everything in BIOS so yes that's where your problem is if everything doesn't work :)

Temash/Kabini (Jaguar based) CPUs cannot be overclocked at the moment as there doesn't exist software capable of accessing the low-level hardware. In my opinion the closest software that could have been able to would've been the old BrazosTweaker which was under a new developer looking to add Temash/Kabini support but the project seems dead now as it doesn't have any backing or funds.

My Temash A6-1450 GPU can be overclocked to 497 MHz (up from 400 MHz) using MSI Afterburner 4.0. Your Kabini A4-5000 GPU should be able to as well. Did you make sure to "Enable low-level hardware access interface?"

During your testing, under "AMD compatibilty properties" check the following boxes:
    -Extend official overclocking limits
    -Disable ULPS

For example, enable low-level hardware access in settings:

While my A6-1450 CPU cannot be overclocked, it can be locked to operate at 1.4 GHz (1.38 GHz to be exact). The A6-1450 is a little unique in that it was the only Jaguar-based CPU with a Turbo feature. Without locking it to 1.4 GHz, the CPU clock will fluctuate from 1.0-1.4 GHz normally but will not remain at its max clock for more than a second. Using my Acer Aspire V5-122P, I can locked the CPU clock to 1.4 GHz simply by putting the computer to sleep and then waking it right after. This then causes the CPU to operate at 1.4 GHz all day (unless you restart, hibernate or shut down).

you think bios block frequencies of the gpu ???

it s strange, block the frequency of the cpu ok but gpu

another pb, i see that memory run at 667Mhz but it s a corsair 800mhz.

A4-5000 can run with this memory, when i do a diagnostic memory it s check à 800Mhz but Cpuz show 667Mhz

Can you take a screenshot or picture and show me? I can OC my a6-1450 GPU from 400 MHz to 497 MHz using MSI AB. I'll post a picture later for you.

Here are the GPU and RAM specifications.

Can you post your RAM brand and model? Something doesn't seem right, please try again with HWiNFO64. http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php

In short, your AMD A4 is what it is. And your BIOS ls locked out. Accept it for what it is.
