I am bored (and tired of the poor performance) and would like to overclock my I8200 but am not sure how to do so?
In fact I've noticed it runs often at around 1.2ghz instead of the 1.6 how can I change this to get it to constantly run at peak?
Also would it be possible to pin mod? I read an article on this recently and it sounds interesting.

The pin mods work only for Pentium M's not the Pentium 4 as in your 8200. Laptop overclocking is generally not recommended but if you do want to try then Clockgen is a good place to start and practically is the only option as OEM BIOS wont have any advanced settings.
The processor might be just Speedstepping when it goes down to 1.2GHz. Run a processor intensive application and the speed should immediately jump back to 1.6GHz.
