    Hi,

My friend has a Dell ultrabook with a 2.5 GHz i3 that he wanted me to OC to 2.7 GHz, and I got into the BIOS okay, but when I tried pushing the down arrow key the highlight wouldn't descend to the clock speed, as if it was locked. I NEED HELP!!!!

You can't. In the bios you can't highlight it because it is not interactive and it just shows you the clock speed.

You can't OC Ultrabooks, let alone many laptops at all! Some gaming laptops and some mobile workstations can be OC'ed but that's about it :p
