    Hello,
    i have one hp with p8400/pm45, and i want overclock.
    i opened my laptop and the pll is ICS9LPRS355BKL wich program i use for this?

    If you are looking to OC the FSB then SetFSB is the best bet. Now this doesn't mean it will overclock as even if the PLL is supported you still may need to hard mod the main board to get the FSB unlocked.

    You may also need to perform a "PLL mod", which requires soldering.
