    Overclocking your Notebook GPU?

    I keep seeing posts or signatures of members with overclocked notebooks. I hear stuff about 8kfangui, but if you were to ever try googling that, it will spit out two irrelavent links. So how exactly do I go about overclocking safely? Please include links if you have them. Much appreciated.

    If it helps I have an HP zt3000 1.5 Centrino with 512MB ram and a 64 MB ATI Radeon 9200 GPU. THANKS ADAM

    you can get the omegadrivers at www.omegadrivers.net and use radlinker to overclock it.

    There is the link to the fan software. You need to put i8kfangui, with the i in front. Overclocking is pretty safe, you just need to take it in baby steps, a few mhz at a time, with tests in-between.
