Is there a way to undervolt the P8700 and keeping it at the stock speed (2.53 Ghz)?? RMClock does not recognize half multipliers and I was wondering if there were any other alternatives available for this.

RMClock can do it but it requires some tinkering.

Crystal CPUID can do it without any changes. There is an excerpt with instructions in my Asus G51 guide (look at signature)
