I am going to buy some extra RAM (2x1gb) for my new 1520, and was going to get it from newegg/tigerdirect who have ocz/transcend/etc.... PC2-5400 RAM. But this morning got an email from BUy.com $44.95 2x1gb PC2-5300 RAM.

What's the difference between 5300 and 5400 and is it signficant enough to pay $16 more for the RAM to get 5400?
