    Hi,

I'm on the verge of getting an IBM T60, but I don't like the fact that it doesn't have a card reader. I would like to know if PCMCIA card readers stick out of the computer or are able to "live" completely inside the computer. Thanks!

My PCMCIA card reader fits completely inside the PCMCIA slot (so nothing sticking out) in fact I like it a bit better than my ACER's built in card reader since on the Acer I have this "flap door" that is on the front so I might knock it off when I have a card in the machine.

Yeah, it will be complete inside. I have a SanDisk 6-1 PCMCIA.

And here is a picture of it.

Thank you! I'm now decided on the T60 Widescreen.
