    I HAVE BIOS PHOENIX 1.7 . MOTHERBOARD IS INTEL 945GM CHIPSET. I USE WINDOWS XP SP3
    1) How To Know Whether MY BIOS Does Support T7600 Cpu Or Not ?
    2) IF NOT WHICH BIOS VERSION WILL SUPPORT T7600 ?

    "Pheonix BIOS 1.7" doesn't tell us anything. Nonetheless, if you have a 945GM, it's pretty much guaranteed that you can use a T7600, even without your latest BIOS. There are, of course, exceptions; if you currently have a soldered BGA CPU, you're never going to able to upgrade it, etc.

    You shouldnt have any problem. I just tested a T7600 in my E1505 today with the i945PM chipset, and it works fine

    Again Do You Mean That Bios Has Nothing To Do With Cpu?
    And The Motherbord Chipset Only That Matters Which Cpu Might Work Or Not ?

    It's not that the BIOS version has no effect on CPU compatibility, it's that the information you provided doesn't tell us anything. You should tell us what computer you have and then the BIOS version. Pheonix just makes the BIOS, and the 1.7 could be anything.

    The motherboard and chipset is usually more important though.
