I am buying a Clevo M560A (Sager 5320). For games and general performance, which RAM would be better?

    Crucial

    Transcend

I don't care about the price, just the performance of the module and its reliability.

Crucial's RAM is some of the best, solid. Definitely worth getting.

I have a Clevo M560A - it came with Transcend. That's compatible and basic, I'd go a little 'higher end'. OCZ makes excellent memory, I have 2GB (2 x 1GB) of DDR2-533 in my Sager. Works flawlessly.

I use 2GB of Transcend(Samsung) DDR2 PC4200 and it runs fine on my machine.

Frankly...getting higher "quality" ram doesn't make much sense to me, if there's a price difference. You're not gonna be overclocking it at all...so as long as it runs at it's stated speed...what's the difference? If it's compatible with your specific machine...then it'll be fine.

I'd get whatever's cheaper that week.
