    Hi,

I have 2 Panasonic CF-18 laptops i want to upgrade. Fact the hdd in both have been down for the past 3 years and i want to upgrade to something higher to enable me use them for a dedicated AIS and database systems. I need to know my limits for upgrading both hdd and ram in terms of types and sizes, as well as where i can get the hardware.

Specs: Intel Centrino 900MHZ, 40GB hdd and 256MB ram (touchscreen).

I am currently in China and was wondering if i could get to buy the hardware from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.

You should try a wanted ad in the NBR market place if you want to buy parts.

@256mb you could definitely use more ram. even windows xp sucks at 512mb ram.
