It is possible to change a motherboard and processor to a Panasonic CF28 to a Intel Pentium IV or duo core, or it is not worth the work. I love that computer case. Does anyone do that job? Any info would be welcome. Thanks.

Well, I'm pretty sure that you're just better off with buying a new laptop...This is because you won't have the risk of overheating, and your screen & stuff like that will not be out of date.

Notebook motherboards are very rare (I have problems finding them for sale). Changing it would of course be possible, although they will probably be quite pricey and replacing the board would permanently damage the robustness of the Panasonic Toughbook - it will not be as strong as it was.
Like Ella mentioned, it would be better to sell off your current one and just purchase a new notebook.
