If you read my earlier posts, by now, I'm sure you know my situation with my current laptop. Considering it's an ultraslim panel, I'm wondering if my expectations are too high for color gamut, even though the 4K/UHD upgrade was an extra $200 from the HP online store, and the panel itself costs $1152.35 in the HP parts store, $40 less than the panel for the Spectre x360 15T-BL100. Here's the service manual for my Envy x360 15T-BP100, which whose panel people claim has a decent color gamut. If there is a photo of the 4K/UHD panel in the service manual I provided a link to, could any of you determine if this panel has been used in other highly regarded laptops?

Chris I'm moving your thread to the Hardware forum, where you may have a better chance of a reply.
