I've used plenty of corsair memory in the past and have never had a problem but I was wondering if anyone has some feedback on Patriot and how they compare to Corsair? Also, with the above two which you would choose?

I'd look at Newegg myself-
Here is their PC3200 1gb selection -

Also, does your computer support PC3200 ? If not, here is the PC2700 at Newegg -

It supports PC3200 and it has shared video memory.

I used Patriot Signature before, it's good memory. Never had any problems.
Corsair has some of the best memory on the market in my opinion. I have some of it in my desktop, very high quality.
I would probably go with the Patriot if you want the best performance. Their Signature series is top-of-the-line.
For value though, I'd have to say Corsair. They will also be a bit more reliable.
