    Pentium 4 670, does anybody still sell them???

    I was just on newegg.com to check and see if the p4 670 was still over $600, but they don't even have any. Tigerdirect.com doesn't have any either. The only place that has any is ebay, and I really don't want to buy a used cpu if i can help it.

    Please help.

    Pentium 4's are a bit old now. If you need a LGA 775 based processor, then consider the dual core 900 series.

    If you need a LGA 775 based processor, then consider the dual core 900 series

    I didn't think that the 900 series cpus where compatabable with the P4 motherboards.

    I think that most of the recent LGA 775 boards are compatible with P4 and the 900 Series, but if its an older board, depending on chipset, it may or may not be able to support them.
