Hi! If somebody buy a used laptop in which Photoshop CS is included,is there a way to extract it(Photoshop) and to transfer it in your actual laptop?Thanks!

no not really. you can take the brushes and patterns and transfer it (dvd,cd,msn) but u cant move the whole program.

you are buying the laptop with photoshop cs ? is the seller offering the laptop with the license included ? if he does he should give you the original disks and license information.
if you do not get the original disks and the license it is an illegal copy. and you may not use it. it´s the same like a stolen version.

about transferring the license i´m not sure, how adobe is acting in such a case. before you are buying you should go to adobe and read a little bit in their forum about the legal aspects of transferring a license.
