    OK, I acquired an old laptop with a Celeron M 350 1.3GHz.

I've done a search and all the guides on the web 404, could I just use the guide for pin modding a Pentium M?

I am pretty sure those Celerons were from the same family, so it should work. That sounds like the processor line in my Lenovo C100, which I ran the pin mod on for a while.

Another option is finding a cheap P-M on ebay, which would be a huge performance jump.

    20 bucks, free shipping :)

Just make sure you can find a Pentium M version of your notebook and you should be golden

Lol, just brought a 1.6GHz Cel M for $5 shipped, I'll have a look around for a Pent

This laptop is old, its GPU is a SiS Mirage thingy, lol.

EDIT: OK, did the pin mod and nothing has changed in bios or CPU-Z. I can only assume the motherboard can't take an FSB higher than 400MHz
