    Hello,

I have just got a new laptop Aspire 8920G and i have the latest synaptic drivers for the touch pad. I have set the motion speed for the cursor to max but again i need 2 to 3 strokes in order to move the cursor from one side of the sceen to the other (18.4 inch screen)

There is no other menu to change this speed and i need Help.
Does anyone know how to make that thing go faster???
Any patch or modified file to increase the spead or the aceleration of the touch pad???

Please help this is killing me everyday.

    Thank you in advance.

To further angad's comment, try increasing both (if they are not tied to each other)
