Hi,
I'm purchasing a rather resource-intensive laptop (17", 256MB GeForce, 2 x 80 SATA), so I doubt my battery life will be worth much. However, I was looking into how to increase my laptop's battery life and was wondering if anyone can recommend a power bank or universal battery pack. I've ran into the following:
1) MFUEL Universal Power Bank 9200 mAh Li - Ion Battery Pack
This is kind of expensive (at $300). The Universal Power Bank provides up to 12 hours of added notebook run time and 100 hours of additional cell phone talk time.

2) MyPower All Universal Battery Pack
Costs about $160. "Use just one battery to power and charge most of your portable devices! With myPower ALL, you carry a single lightweight rechargeable battery to extend the play time on your portable DVD player, notebook computer, digital camera, camcorder, MP3 player and more"

Thanks for your help.

I use a valence Battery.... but do not get fooled by the 12 hours. In reality, the MaHr rating is what matters. If your stock battery is 4400 MaHr and lasts 2 hours. You will only get an additional 4 hours from the item you posted.

Maybe better to just by an additional main battery?
