I bought a Sager NP9877 from the Sager website a while ago and unfortunately didn’t come with the unlocked Prema Bios. Is there any way I can contact @Prema to get the Bios? I am happy to pay for it.

Sorry didn’t mention in the original post but I’m planning to upgrade to the i9 9900k for it and the BIOS doesn’t seem to recognize it as it won’t boot.

No. Prema doesnt share his modded sBios to the public for quite some time now.

You will need to look into the Dsanke BIOS

Again, prema doesn't openly distribute that.

I think there is a thread on this forum for dsanke bios

Coffee lake refresh / rtx now supported

    Something akin to that.

On mobile, my phone doesn't past links well.

Oh okay yea I found it. Just wondering, for my laptop is it possible to upgrade to i9 9900k without using a modded dsanke bios?

Officially? No. Intel likes to try and force generational upgrades.

Physically the sockets are the same, the rest is details. Be sure to read everything before you decide to pull the trigger.

That being said, 9900k is really difficult to cool without further modification to the cooling. Some people opt for the 9700k/9700F but 9900k is definitely do-able, just have to keep the expectations in check.

I haven't personally seen it done but keep in mind I also haven't been on the look out for that either.

May very well be a good question for that thread
