    Hey guys,
I'm planning on upgrading my RAM. Right now prices for 4GB(1*4GB) 1333 DDR3 RAM is around $170 and for 8GB(2x4GB) is around $350.
I was wondering when RAM prices will drop and how low the will drop to.
I'm not in a hurry to upgrade as 4GB is quite sufficient, but I'm thinking about the future.
Could you guys please tell when RAM prices are expected to drop and around how low they will drop to?

It's pretty much anyone's guess, really, although you can expect DDR3 prices to drop further in the future. For example, 2GB DDR3 modules rose from around $30 last year to around $40-50 on average now, likely for supply/demand reasons.

    In short, who knows?
