    There's just one small problem with these charts...

    Anybody who knows how to read a flowchart will already know enough about computers to know most of these problem solving steps, so these flowcharts aren't of much help to anyone except an outsourced call center monkey.

    Anybody should be able to read the charts, but not necessarily know how to perform a step. You cant just tell average joe "ok solder on a new connector" or "check VDC readings" lol

    But hey I think they are nice and will probably save them, probably good stuff to put in a binder to take with me if I do computer work for somebody so it looks like I have some professional materials even if it really is all in my head.
