I have an HP probook 440 G1 Notebook with a Core i5 4200M and an HD 8750m. The problem is the HD Camera cannot initialize when running Windows 7 SP1. Could anyone show me the solution to solve it. Thank all.

If it was working before and now no longer working did you consider the age of the laptop has a failed webcam. Webcam cams fails from age you never know when or if it the timeline it fails. If you restored to factory install and the webcam still fails to load then that tells you the webcam has failed.

Agreed, webcam's do fail as the laptops age.. If the driver is installed and it still doesn't work, time to get an external webcam or a new laptop :)
