    Problem with Toshiba(white sparkt)

    I have a problem with my notebook. My Toshiba SATELLITE L870-11W is 2 years old. I bought notebook 2 weeks ago.
    My probleme is:
    When I put ac/dc adapter in jack , then throw monitor goes little white sparks(pike), all over the screen. White pike can be viewed only an black page . In monitor seems to be little
    fibrillation. When i pull aut adapter from jack, is everything normal. Pc temperatura is in normal condicion.(50C) When i play games is araund 78 C. Jack is ok.
    Iam connected notebook with orginal and univerzal adapter, problem is the same. Baterie is loading normal. Signal from hdmi and avi konektor is ok. Im try on tv.
    What can be a problem?
    Can be problem with full loaded condezator or what? Monitor ? Grafic karte? ...tnx

    Possibly a grounding problem.

    I would check all the contacts in the electricity socket with a mains testing screwdriver. Only one should have voltage.
