    Problem with keyboard & internet connection UX51vz / u500vz

    Hi there,

    loving my Zenbook UX51VZ - thats the way it is called in Germany, international I am quite sure it's the UX500vz - I have two problems:

    1) Time by time keyboard does not work - only reboot helps
    2) Internet connection does not work after some time (normally not 4-5 minutes, but half an hour or a couple of hours) - does not matter connection is made via surf stick, wireless lan or cable lan.

    Would be gerat to have some support!

    wifi problem is common on this model

    kb go and send that for repairs

    Keyboard controller or cable could be bad. You can try uninstalling the Windows driver for it in Device Manager, then reboot, and/or see if there is a firmware update for it.

    For the internet, if all of your connections (wireless and wired) have connection problems, then there is probably either an issue with your network settings on the ultrabook, or a conflict with your router/modem and the ultrabook.
