    Hello,

Since two days ago my laptop has some kind of display problem. Colours are corrupted and don't look natural, I see bluish-pinkish tints everywhere there is color grading\shading. And on non white areas there is constant horizontal line flickering.

What do you think is the problem?

By the way, recently the gpu of this machine failed and was replaced.

If it's an Nvidia 8-Series or something close, I wouldn't be surprised if it failed again... does the machine work properly on an external display?

No, it's a pretty old model; 7600 go.

It failed because it got fried; there are absolutaley no heat problems right now, and I can play games that really push the gpu without any stability problems.

I don't have access to an external monitor right now. Would it help if I captured a screen image using printscreen button, and uploaded here to see if the colours will be okay on your monitors, to find out whether it's a gpu or monitor issue?
