I have 2 questions for your guys
1/Can someone tells me what's the different between E6600,E6700 and T7000 series
2/I plan to buy a really high performance The Velocity Micro NoteMagix x20 ( is this a good brand laptop) from CC with E6600 (2.4 GHz) and E6700 (2.66 GHz). But I don't know why the bus speed and the L2 cache are different with the other E6600 and E6700

The "E" is usually for the desktop market, and the T7000 series is for Intel's mobile segment. If it is a laptop with an "E" I assume it will be terrible on power consumption. The amount of watts it will take up is probably a lot more than the mobile T7000 series, which take up about 31 Watts. As far as performance goes, the E6600 and 6700 are much better performers.
The only difference between the E6600 and E6700 is that the E6700 is clocked 200MHz higher. Since it is the laptop equivalent E6000 series, they toned some of the cache and fsb down, most likely to accomodate for the amount of heat and power it draws. Still, the T7000 series will definitely be better for mobility, but not for performance. If you are going to get a 12-Cell lithium ion battery, I don't think it will last nearly as long as the "T" mobile processors. -

Like what Chaz siad, I think that it would be a T7700, 2.4GHz, 4MB, but I think that the FSB is actually 800Mhz not 667Mhz, the person who wrote that probably just matched it to the ram, because Santa Rosa doesn't support it.
Processor help !!
