Hi guys. I was just wondering what is the best way to care for notebook batteries (Lithium-Ion)?

I just keep my new laptop plugged in all the time. It rarely comes off of the wall. Is this good practice? Should I discharge it sometimes, or what?

    Thanks :)

If you keep a battery plugged in after it is fully charged, it will overcharge and begin to lose capacity, giving you less battery life in the end....If you have fully charged your laptop, take out the battery and only put it in when it needs charging, to keep it lasting longer.
