Will the SP9400 fit in the MS-1651? I see some stating it's a socket P processor, and some stating that it isn't.... Thanks

I don't believe the SP9400 (or SP9300 for that matter) come in anything but a BGA package. They may also come on a smaller package than your typical Socket P chips, hence the SP designation. Not totally sure on either there, but Intel's site definitely only has entries for a BGA SP9400 and a BGA SP9300.

I vaguely remember hearing something about BGA T7800s on which PGA interposers had been grafted... but I might be crazy, so the answer is probably no. I mean, I'm sure it's possible, just very, very, very, very, very hard
