    Hi

Is there any noticeble difference in getting either q6700 or q6600?

I read on some resellers homepage, that the 6600 produced alot more heat, but when i compare at intell, its the same.

And the q6600 is a lot cheaper than 6700.

I doubt you'd notice any difference. What's the difference in price?

If the difference is $250-300 between the Q6600 and Q6700 I wouldn't say that was worth it in the slightest. The Q6600 is still an immensely powerful cpu.
