    Intel Core2Quad Q8200 2.33GHz 1333MHz 4MB SLB5M
    Intel Core2Quad Q6700 2.66GHz 1066MHz 8MB SLACQ

    Well your title kinda said it, the Q6700 will be the better performer. However, I doubt you'd really notice unless you pushed both CPUs to their limit.
