    HP DV8
    Acer AS8940G

    I want to know which one has best screen quality.

    Nits are not an indicator of a quality. My ThinkPad isn't terribly bright at 200 nits, but the PQ is outstanding. I've not seen any of the notebooks you've listed, so sorry, I'm not in a position to help on that point.

    T400 with the high nit LCD might be worth a look.

    The W700 has a 400 nit WUXGA LCD.

    But yes, as ZaZ suggested that W700 is a good solution. And the 8730w and M6400 from HP and Dell, respectively, are said to be the best screens there are being full 8bit.
